Cancellation Policy
At Lacey Mae - Hair Extensions Studio, we understand that life can throw unexpected surprises your way. That’s why we have a flexible and client-friendly cancellation policy: there are currently no fees associated with cancellations if you cancel prior to your appointment day, however there is a 50% fee associated with no shows or day of cancellations, which will be automatically charged to your card on file if you miss an appointment. While we always appreciate as much advanced notice as possible, we believe in making your beauty experience stress-free from start to finish. Please reach out if you need to reschedule or cancel—we’ll be happy to assist you and find a new time that works. Your comfort and convenience are always our top priority.
